All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — including custom handmade items, consumables, and regulated goods — all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer cash refunds, credit card reversals, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
Replacement Orders
Although we do not offer refunds, we do understand that issues can arise during the shipping or fulfillment process. Replacement orders may be issued at our discretion under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective items: You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video evidence of the issue.
- Incorrect item received: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and proof.
- Lost packages (verified by tracking): We will work with the carrier and determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement.
Each situation is reviewed individually. Route 420 LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any replacement request.
